At Capital Advisors, we provide end-to-end financial advisory, investment mediation, and management consulting services tailored to the needs of Nepal's businesses, projects, and investors. Our work spans the full lifecycle of a business — from ideation and planning through to funding, compliance, and growth.

Our engagement is straightforward: investors invest directly into the company of their choice. Capital Advisors does not collect, hold, or manage investor funds at any stage, and we do not guarantee returns. Our fee structure is transparent and agreed upfront:

Payable upon successful closure of a transaction for investment mediation

Consultancy Fee

For strategic and financial advisory engagements, due diligence and other various services other than investment mediation.
